There are really only two things you can do: 1. Analyze the history of the relationship carefully to evaluate what you could have done better on your end to retain the client, and 2. Move on. In most cases, this occurs because the client runs out of cash flow, or decides to attempt to take on the tasks you once performed for them on their own, which never works.
