After 20+ years in the food industry, It was challenging taking the next step. Starting a catering business. From plating delicious dishes to serving the masses, I decided I enjoyed serving the masses. Instead of one small sexy plated dish, why not serve Culinary artistic buffet for crowds?

In caterering when the phrase "delivery and set-up" are used for hot foods; does this mean that the caterer supply wire rack chafers? Is this the standard?

I usually give it to them with no extra cost. But I live in Tucson Az, and price wise that is not an issue. It also depend on the event. If I do charge I charge 7$ per rack.
