If you want to grow at all you need to buy as much time as you can to do what allows you to make money. The tortoise and the hare is a lie. 99.9% of the time the rabbit wins. Use your money to buy advertising on social media. Use you time for more important endeavors. Use someone with experience to create your ads so they produce the results you want.

Without any training in management, the company I worked for promoted their top sales people to management. When I was getting ready to run my own branch, I asked my manager for some advice. He told me I should promote the best people under me to better positions within the company. He said we all need friends in high places. Shortly after my first full year in management. I helped promote every key staff member to a corporate or regional positions. My top four sales people where also promoted and were sent to other branches throughout the company. At that point it was as if I were starting from scratch. Shortly after the rebuiling began, I received a call from Dick our Vice President of sales. "Mike I have been going over the numbers and it looks like we need to make a change in management at your location. For the past few months your numbers have gone down in every way possible. You know, I had faith in you but it seems your heart is no longer in the business." After he paused enough to let me speak I said. Dick, have you ever heard the story of the scientist and the frog? This scientist said to the frog, jump and the frog jumped. He then cut one of the frogs legs off and asked the frog to jump and the frog jumped. This went on until all the frogs limbs we gone. When the scientist asked the frog to jump it just sat there. So he raised his voice an said frog jump but the frog just sat there. Finally he screamed frog jump,but alas the frog did not jump. So in his scientific brief he wrote, frog without arms and legs is deaf. Just so you know Dick, I am not deaf. After his laughing stopped he said you got six months to rebuild. Shortly after I because the national sales trainer thanks to my new friend Dick. # Alignable

Your template website will chase more customers away than it will attract them. You obviously spent more time and money on cards than a quality website.

What platform is your e-commerce website built on? Because your competition is from the huge budgets of Amazon, E-Bay, Shopify, and the like, you need to use tools available to try to even the playing field. Those tools may not be available if you are using the wrong website platform. You should...
