How We Got Started

Tommy’s was originally started by my late uncle Rick. Prior to his passing in 2014, he asked that I keep the bar open. I quit my job as a residential mortgage loan officer and jumped in with both feet. The rest is history.

I have tried some advertising at the U of A campus by some of the college students who claimed they would increase my business 10 fold (two different companies) but honestly, they did nothing for me. I haven't opted to try any other agencies as I’m not sure what I would really advertise; we are solely a dive bar...no open kitchen. Thank you for your interest. Lisa
