I Always offer rewards for more business I find that if they call again we will extend 10 percent for 2nd project and I always pay 10 percent for leads if it results in new project I am surprised when I hear about business that don't offer an incentive for more business as I'm sure every one is aware the only way to survive in business is to expand and grow more revenue and in order to survive in a business you have to do a few things that are important exactly what you promise and give your customers a little more for there buck

if you add to that by offering some sort of incentive to promote your business then it stands to reason you will have more business
