We have been remodeling Tulsa homes and business's for over 40 years some of the projects like KEO on peoria we did from the ground up Ulta at 41st and Yale complete make over and I would say our list of homes in the Tulsa area is in the thousands, We specialize in disputed claims if you have a fire I can promise the adjuster will miss items that I don't I have had fire claims that adjuster left over $63000.00 on the table that is rare but I find the most difficult thing is to make home owners believe how much they are losing by dealing with only the adjuster,
especially considering we guarantee to do any project to our scope no matter what the insurance pays

I have customers for some for 30 years the one thing I know that works every time just do what you say your going to do, be on time and if you pay attention they will slip and tell you something that is needed and normally its something relatively easy I just throw it in and at no cost if it is something I feel warrants a marketing tactic, and remember depending on your business every one has a budget for marketing if there going to survive the slow times, but if I utilize this plan I know when ever they need something there going to call me and let alone the friends they will tell, imagine there friends response when they say sure this Contractor was working on my kitchen and I never told him that darn master bath door looked terrible but they found it and went ahead and fixed it for free and when I asked the charge? he just said "Merry Christmas" early and smiled
I Always offer rewards for more business I find that if they call again we will extend 10 percent for 2nd project and I always pay 10 percent for leads if it results in new project I am surprised when I hear about business that don't offer an incentive for more business as I'm sure every one is...

if you add to that by offering some sort of incentive to promote your business then it stands to reason you will have more business

but knowing that upfront gives you an advantage if you know there going to be late either write in the contract" checks are due at completion or with in 72 hours of invoice" and by same contract late fee's are added on, When I have worked for attorneys my line 6 in my contract says payment with in 72 yours of invoice and any invoice not paid in that time frame incurs a penalty fee of 5 % of contract by day with your agreement to pay for all attorney fee's, private detective fee's and any cost to collect my funds are authorized
Not sure on the legality of that addendum to the contract but I have had attorneys at my office the following day ticked off at 7 am, but with check in hand lol and lets face it if your going to slow pay me,, I don't want your work any way. I think the best solutions is to get better clients and unfortunately you are not able to give new clients an idiot test if only we could huh but if there good customers that slow pay add a fee to help with your waiting on them with a rock clause of sorts

One of the funniest ones , I had walked in to a quick trip men's room and while in there I said I wished some one would trip the people dancing, there was another guy in another stall and he said why I said because I have 4 exterior houses to paint and the rain will wash it off as fast as I put it on , he got to laughing and come to find out he was a realtor and he has been sending me 3 to 5 houses to paint every since, doesnt matter where you are I say talk to any one be walking billboard for your business and network any where and every where , and be positive people ask how I'm doing I keep claiming its getting better every day,
