I only charge the fees on AIR ONLY bookings, but take deposits on quotations for destination weddings - they become totally non-refundable in case if the wedding party decides to book with another agency. Othervies the fees are APPLIED to the total and treated like a deposit. In case of Local Weddings upfront fees are totally Non -Refundable and are treated as a payment for work already done on couple's request.

My motto is - Do Not be Afraid to Value Your Time and Knowledge - give 3 quotation and ask for booking. If client is "just shopping".... there is NOTHING to loose ..but your time.
