hope so, I believe there will be a trend back to window shopping , especially for the items a picture can't tell the real truth. It will also depend upon the knowledge of the staff, If they know dick all, then the internet will be more useful.

People will push themselves to achieve goals and its a great feeling when you reach them.
If they are consistant, thats a good thing. If things do get better , he will most likely look toward for increased purchases. He may send you referrals based on your performance with him. I get them all the time, and sometimes it pays out. You have to treat all clients as an exceptional client....

And the ones that demand a lot but are not very loyal, and buy very little-are ones you don't spend much time with. Give them a price and go on to the next one.
Our industry, foodservice equipment sales is all about negotiating. Once the customer trusts you and values your opinion, then he becomes less picky. I don't mind picky needy people as long as their is a mutual benefit. If its to one sided and interupts other chances, then its time to move on.
