How We Got Started

I got started working with food manufacturers to build their food safety programs such as GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSSC 22000. They have something in common -last minute audit preparations and quality managers are busy fire-fighting instead of focusing on building the brand.

We started offering our services to build and maintain food safety programs so that the business can 1) prevent food recall and withdrawal 2) focus on their food business 3) optimize their operational programs 4) maintain their food branding 5) meet customer and regulatory requirements.

To date, Mar 2023, we have helped over 100++ business to refocus on their effort of growing their market, now that we have guided them through their food safety program.

All commercial food should be manufactured at a commercial facility. It just like a cafe that get their food partially made in a food commissary, sold and reheated at another facility. You will likely see the licensing cost about the same. What varies is the license approval based on food safety and sanitation plan, that can get complicated depending on the type of food categories. What varies is the license approval based on food safety and sanitation plan, that can get complicated depending on the type of food categories. Regardless of the option you choose, you will need to go through the license approval process.  I would also recommend to consider your main customer and that usually help to segregate what you need. Having a permanent location, restrict customers that you could reach while the food truck give you flexibility to move around.
