Hi Jenna, unfortunately if you don't have the support of the business owner there might not be much you can do. If I were in your position and wanted to create a marketing plan IÂ would:
Start blogging to increase visibility on Google searches
Share blog posts on Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest
Post at least 2 times a day on Instagram (using hashtags your Ideal Client would use) and Facebook
Start using video with your medical team to answer the most frequently asked questions about your services (maybe go live once a week on Instagram or Facebook) and post those videos on YouTube
Instead of blasting your email list with sales or pitches send them your blog post links so they can learn about your services, you will position yourself as an expert and keeping yourself in the front of mind when they need something or want to refer you
Start a referral program to give incentive to your happy customers to refer youÂ
Keep up the reviews on your Facebook page and share them on Instagram
