Great question! After 40 years of deals .....lowering prices, accelerating schedules, added features, hiring clients' friends and relatives, upgrading finishes, adding square footage, offering extra personal service, and more ... stopping just short of male prostitution. (they didn't ask, so not sure where that one would go)
