About Us

TRJ is a small business & start up companies executive support system. We provide financial and operations guidance during times of transition, scale & growth, restructuring, and acquisitions. Most smaller business models don’t have the capital or need for a full time executive, our goal is to provide a collaborative support mechanism that is available when needed vs paying for a FT position. Our expertise allows business owners and start up leaders to focus on growing & expanding the business model as well as provide a “sparring” partner during the times of decision making and major growth milestones. Some our services include: Cost Leadership, Price Strategy & Margin Overview, Financial Statement Review, CFO Stewardship (Fractional), and Pre & Post Capital Start up Leadership. Everything for us starts with a conversation either virtual or in person (when things go back to normal) our ultimate goal is to be your partner!

How We Got Started

The name TRJ stands for (Trevor, Richard, & Jarrett) it was in honor of my late Father and Brother. They were true inspirations to me as I grew up and they will always be a part of me and this business. One of the things I learned early on from both of them was to value partnership and trust, that is why I created this business model.
