We use a combination of things:
- Links with custom accompanying text
- Links with custom images
- Quote images
- Infographics
- Animated video
- Live video
I'm of the mindset that different people prefer to receive messages in different formats. As such, I try to make sure that we are using a variety of formats to appeal to a wider group of people.
