All of my work is by referral I don’t go out looking for work or soliciting for commercial work.  I turn down most of the commercial jobs that are offered to me because they are bigger than I care to get tied up on because I am a service company and I do service calls and emergency work.  I will not take on new build outs are complete buildings.  All I will do is add a circuit, hook up a new machine, rebuild a service something of that nature.  I have a large network of companies that call on me four AC companies, two  pool companies, a machine shop, and over 100 restaurants.
