I would answer that one by saying that we "pitch in" with our employees and show them that we're all part of a team. Thanking them often for the work they do goes a long way toward building employee morale. Another thing we strive for is to look at what each employee is really good at and, if possible, have them be responsible for doing as much of that as possible, along with the more mundane tasks that need to be done.
