I think that’s a great question, and very important question in this time we’re in. I believe setting safety expectations, with the use of video presentations, whether by Zoom, WebEx, FaceTime or other, will help relieve our clients’ anxiety on how we can safely show & SELL their homes! From video tours, to private tours when sellers leave their homes a while, where buyers use protective gear, there are plenty of helpful things we can do as professional Realtors to get our clients’ homes SOLD at top dollar $$ in this market. As well, helping our buyers find a good home, while taking advantage of very low mortgage interest rates now available, with far less competition at this time!
