The agent, in working with the homeowner, did not come to a consensus to price the home correctly on the market.
Normally, if you price it at market or a little below market, you should get traffic, and offers coming in.
Also, the Realtor definitely should offer their expertise, coaching the homeowner to prep the house, declutter it as much as possible, and make it look, feel, and smell appealing to any & all perspective homebuyers! ;-)
