Hi, me again! A few more thoughts ... do you have an elevator pitch? A concise, direct description of WHAT you do and WHY? Here's why I'm asking: on your Alignable page, you use an "accountant" tag. But looking at your website, it seems you're a technology recruiter. Keep everything very simple and consistent across all platforms.

I  would also suggest add a tagline to help clarify EXACTLY what you do. "Technology Solutions" (to me) is a company who can help me with my specific technology issues, not help me hire other people to do it.

Of course your services are needed! But make sure your message is CLEAR to the RIGHT people IMMEDIATELY so you don't lose them.  :)

Thanks for the great feedback! I had no idea my profile mentioned anything about being an Accountant. I have removed that. To be honest, when I created my business I had no desire to be a recruiter. I initially wanted to do as you said; "help companies with specific technology issues". I got into the recruiting business when I started helping family, friends, colleagues, and clients either begin a career in IT or find their next dream IT position. That is when I decided I wanted to focus on staffing and recruiting in the IT space and began finding mentors and training. But I did not want to change my company name and I have not totally ruled out offer other technology services in the near future. But I totally agree that I want my message to be clear! I will start working to clean up the ambiguity in my message immediately! I have recorded my elevator pitch and continue to listen to it and work on it. And I will be working on a tag line such as "Your One Stop IT Talent Acquisition Resource". Just something off the top of my head and I will be working on it! Thanks again!
