Something that we do and works very well is.
During there stay, a front desk associate calls the guest to pass by the front desk. When guest arrives the front desk the Gm and his team goes out and recieves the guest as the guest of the day, we take a picture with them and provide them with a dinner certificate for our restaurant. It works great. Try it and let me know.
