I'm not the owner for Enchanted Homes Realty. I hang my license with this company. But being affiliated with a small real estate company, the biggest challenge is the public feels that listing their home with a big national company like Keller Williams, Coldwell Banker or a REMAX company you get more exposure and better service. Which is not true. Depends on your agent and how hard they work to sell your home. There isn't anything that those companies do that I can't do. In fact, I think going with a smaller company gives you that personal touch and you're just not another listing. I stay in touch with my sellers on a weekly basis and I believe in open houses and realtor tours.
