I feel the most important quality is to choose someone who you feel comfortable with as far as personality. Too many times personalities clash which makes for a rocky relationship. Choose someone who knows the area well. And, choose someone who can give you testimonials from past sellers. They speak volumes.

Thank you Susan. I agree. I can usually tell as soon as I walk in the door of a home if there is going to be a good connection. That's where it starts. Your points are well thought out.
