How do you keep a smile if you are having a bad day?

One of the sweetest benefits from learning to walk naturally...the way we were created...is the calming of the mind, the feeling of joy when the body works properly.
When I get into that "mood"...things aren't going the way I want them to...I stop everything and do a couple of practice steps of walking naturally. After a few steps...my attitude is adjusted, too...along with my physical body.
