The first step in the process of making lifestyle changes is taking that first step "naturally"...literally! When I first started to walk as I was created to walk, I had no idea how this would change my life. As my body posture improved, as my health improved, as I began to feel better in every way, my attitude changed. I am happier. My heart is more open. There's no going back...thank goodness!!
