I'm fine with Realtors working multiple jobs as they scale their business, just as long as they're knowledgeable about the local real estate market. Also, unless I'm specifically curious, I don't want to be "sold to" while searching for homes. Networking should be getting to know people, finding out if there's synergies, and talking about your products or services if there is mutual interest. If there is not, simply educating on your ideal client is the best way to proceed. Here's a couple of questions to consider.  Are you investing at least $650 per month into local SEO? What kind of results are you seeing? Our Local SEO has increased by 150% in the past 4 weeks alone. How often are you blogging on our agency website? We're blogging 3 to 5 times per week and seeing create a huge SEO boost. How many leads is your website generating per month? As a result of all of the above, we're getting 2 to 4 leads from SEO, every week. What are you outsourcing? Can you do more of that? We've developed a team of 10 outsourcers who do Off-Page SEO, blogging, post on Google My Business, create videos, improve On-Page SEO, and more. How often are you meeting with clients?  We're using Zoom to do prospect meetings as well as meetings with current clients. We meet with most of our clients at least twice monthly. With zoom, it's super easy.

Last year when the economy collapsed, we began to work hard to pivot, implementing these measures: • Developed 10 new off-page SEO linkbuilding teams. • Implemented a marketing dashboard for our all clients. • Began to do zoom meetings with clients on a weekly or bimonthly basis. • Implemented weekly SEO reports for all our clients • Enabled call tracking for all clients who need it. • Starting doing 2 to 8 blog posts, per month, for all clients. • Do 3 to 5 blog posts on our site, every week. • Resumed doing weekly video trainings. Stream all videos to YouTube, Facebook, and Linkedin. Doing all these things has really made a huge difference! Our client load has increased by 100%, our SEO results have been stellar, we're getting 5-10 referrals per month, and we're generated 2 to 4 new leads from Google to into our own business, every week!

Of course, many web designers work hard to create a site that doesn't have top notch SEO done, making it hardly functional. Be sure that you have your SEO specialist work hard, dig deep, and come up with a SEO strategy that will deliver results. We have SEO Blueprint process where we do keyword research, make a plan for implementation, get that approved by client, then implement that on the site. We do this about 4 to 8 times per month for my clients.

I would for sure hire a professional SEO company vs a college kid who doesn't know what they're doing. With SEO services, you really "get what you pay for."
