Terri utilizes her 17 years of experience over organizational frameworks, leadership development, processes, procedures, and organizational health to make organizations and individuals better in every faucet. Plus, Terri is on a mission to help everyone and every organization find their hidden gem.
How We Got Started
I have been a professional for 16+ years, and came to a point where I felt like I was no longer making a difference. I have been very successful in my career, but now I want to help mentor others to enable them to push past their obstacles and roadblocks. This was the turning point for me starting my coaching/consulting career.

This is a great question Rachael! The very first firm I hired only followed through with the graphic design portion of my logo, but actually originated from a design my oldest daughter drew. The process took over 5 months, and they never followed through with any of the other commitments agreed...

This is a great question Rachael! The very first firm I hired only followed through with the graphic design portion of my logo, but actually originated from a design my oldest daughter drew. The process took over 5 months, and they never followed through with any of the other commitments agreed to at time of hire, which consisted of social media advertising and creation of a website and a streamlined advertising/marketing system all on one platform. This was an extremely expensive effort and drained my advertising/marketing budget for the remainder of the year. I was fortunate, however, that my amazing friend helped me setup my own website in a one day setting.

Being an entrepreneur is absolutely amazing! The biggest struggle while growing your business is the fact that you have to wear multiple hats until you can grow. Everyone starts a business to excel and grow their talent, passion, etc; however, you also need to be an office manager, marketer, sales, etc. This being said, you have to have the tenacity and the grit to continue to push past these growing pains because at the end of the day, it is worth it!!!

Sometimes it is difficult to stop the meeting, so during those times, I’ve let them just talk, which could be exactly what is needed. However, do not let them degrade or completely disrespect you.

However, I know how difficult it is when you are stuck in a rut, living a robotic lifestyle. During that time, you don’t even have time to breathe, let alone assess what your obstacles are that are holding you back from living that carefree, confident lifestyle.
