Realtors, what type of closing gifts do you normally do?

I am an introverted REALTOR.....Parties are not comfortable for me. Yes I do give closing gifts to 90% of my clients. I always look for something personal to who they are. If they aren't getting a 'closing' gift it's because I've forfeited something of value (money) already and they usually know. ~Sherry
