Yes this has happened to me. In fact I had to stop taking square as a form of payment. Square will always favor the client. I only give the $$ back if I'm behind on a contract and the job hasn't started. People today are exctremly rude. You can do 100% to appease the client. In today's world it's not easy. Owning a business today is a lot different then 15 years ago
