As a business owner, what do you do and offer others that makes you stand out from other companies?

I treat clients like family. And treat their money as I would my money. A home buyer is usually nervous about their prospective purchase. A very big decision for most people. I am always mindful of their position, treating them with respect and kindness. I give them my all when inspecting their future home and respect the fee they pay me. I am not concerned about how many inspections I can do in a day, so I can give folks the time they need. It is their hard earned money, they deserve to receive what they pay for. I include some things in my inspection that many inspectors either don't provide or charge an additional fee. I also, provide some ancillary services, such as sewer scope so clients don't have to hire another company to come in. A one stop shop situation.
