I have had some of those situations, what i do i change in that particular moment what is happening by making them looking or paying attention to other different thing, I make a joke and the next moment i can get back to the main issue i ask the mos questions as I can about the process in the way...

I mean: If I'm training and one of my guys needs to do something in a tablet and he does not know, I come closer and I ask him, can you help me to discover exactly how does it works. I never say, don't worry it is easy. In that context that have a negative meaning. Exploring to help other to understand is much better they feel they can and confidence comes back to them. I use to unlearn to be open at any change.

Another thing that works we invite our customers for dinner, they can go in by themselves. we ask for dates and we make reservations. Something for their children...
For example: Last week we moved a lady with a lot of restrictions even on food, many allergies, and because she needed to work in a better way, we got a large desk for her as a surprise, we assembled it and set all what she needed. She is so happy... almost everyday we get a text with beautiful words for us.
Rewards work, and many different ways of them depending on what we see they really need.

Now We are only responsible for what we pack, for what we can make sure was intact and we have taken some pics of. If we do not perform any of our packing standards we are NOT Responsible for. Also we are not performing small MOVES. Since that ONLY those that really appreciate and respect our labour have the right of enjoying a Pain Free moving experience.
