Before I used to give gift cards from my company $50 and $100. By That time it worked very well, now it is different because our target market changed. We work by referral, our customers don't ask for discount. When the take the full package the may receive one of our services for additionally and not charge for it.

Another thing that works we invite our customers for dinner, they can go in by themselves. we ask for dates and we make reservations. Something for their children...

For example: Last week we moved a lady with a lot of restrictions even on food, many allergies, and because she needed to work in a better way, we got a large desk for her as a surprise, we assembled it and set all what she needed. She is so happy... almost everyday we get a text with beautiful words for us.
