As a Commercial Broker, our concept of "staging" is different from a Residential Brokerage - but staging is an exercise that still has value.  We do not utilize professional stagers, but we definitely attempt to arrange furniture for maximum efficiency in the leasable or usable space, as well as with other aspects of the property in a way that will show it to its best advantage.  Whether Residential or Commercial, frequently the current Owner does not see the forest for the trees of the characteristics of his/her property that can make a substantial difference to the attitude of the prospective Buyer.
