We show our appreciation with a 401K plan for our employees, we match 4%. We also  always show our appreciation with a big Christmas party at a restaurant. We have a great time with  the White Elephant game, everyone enjoys that game.  We also give out "end of the year" bonus's to also show our appreciation.  We are thinking about having a summer time bbq for everyone as well in the future. I think it is good for employees and their families to get together away from the "work" atmosphere and have a good time, it's good for company moral.
