Customer Service should be a number one priority for any business. Whether you deal with clients directly or on-line. Ask yourself, when was the last time you gave business back to someone that didn't respond or treat you properly? Do not forget, word of mouth is quick!

I personally provide exceptional customer service by meeting potential clients face to face and listening to their wish list. It is important to not push my own ideas but rather make recommendations without losing their vision. If I do not have a solution or they are asking for something outside of the services I offer, I go the extra mile to seek out reputable resources that can get the job done. Most importantly, I follow up to ensure they are happy with the results.
