We tell our clients in their very first meeting with us that we grow our business purely through personal introduction so they are never caught off guard when we ask them. We have also found that the language matters - many people do not like the term referral but really like "personal introduction". Once a client does introduce a new lead, we always reward that good behaviour with either a basket from Tina at Memorable Gift or a GC to a local business. (more)
