Do you sell products that can also be purchased online from sites such as Amazon? If so, how do you compete with the pricing and convince the customer of the benefits of buying from a small business?

Amazon does not sell our products (yet) and when and if ever they do, it will be very easy to beat them, because they will never be able to; provide the variety, product knowledge and physical viewing/touch that we offer the client vs. buying on line.
