My focus is my business does not operate without customers, that said, listening, providing details, keeping promises, treating customers how I want to be treated. Without customers, pack it up and go home.
Listen to what the customer wants and streamline what you can do to be as close to their needs as possible. Sometimes these thoughts turn out to exceed what they expect.
By being available and completely informed with my customers concerns goes a long way in todays robotic and rigid environment. Offering different solutions helps. When the tree is blown by the wind it gives and bends. While each situation is unique, compromise seems to be a great way to make everyone happy.
