Infinity Stone believes it is imperative to have special search engines to attract digital traffic to let them know more about our company.  The Internet is a knowledgeable networking tool for more lead generated exposure locally and world-wide. We rely on our internet business as well as many referrals.

Infinity Stone just developed a new website including Important detailed information regarding our companies history, services, our partners, testimonials, project pictures and our contact information including our new facility in Mount Kisco, NY.  We have a large market which also follows us on both Facebook and Instagram.

The internet technology is the best way to communicate online.

its 2018, my website does all the work. Someone inquired on a contact form last night. I was asleep. It did the job of selling my service and having them reach out to contact.

Also it ranks really well on google so when people search web design, websites, etc they find my site. Your website is a 24 hour salesperson.

I'm not really selling anything, except books occasionally, but it was nice to know that my blog, which has been in existence since 2007, was picking up some new readers, as I put a lot of time and effort into it.  I picked up a slug of new subscribers on my WeeklyWilson.com blog when IMDB (International Movie Data Base) made one of my articles "recommended reading". Recently, I had an exclusive interview with the screenwriters responsible for "A Quiet Place," the premiere film at SXSW. Scott Beck and Bryan Woods, from Bettendorf, Iowa (where my business was located from 1987 to 2003 and where my Prometric Testing Business still resides at 1035 Lincoln Road) were kind enough to meet with me at a Starbucks and the piece ran on my blog, www.WeeklyWilson.com.

We use our website Two ways: as a lead gen filter and as a follow up tool.

For lead generation, we have focused on answering questions that our clients and prospective clients have asked us as the basis for our posts so far. It makes for a great attraction level lead generation and also in follow up it adds credibility as we’re giving them the information they wanted to see. Right now, we’re recording and stacking podcast episodes to release in the next couple months and these episodes focus on business builders and entrepreneurs building their businesses. Again, we want to assist small-medium size businesses grow and we decided that one of the best ways to help was to speak to other entrepreneurs who have been through the fire over their careers as great resources to share some of their successes and failures to educate and inspire others to get up and finally launch their business, stay the course, pivot, or restructure.

As a follow up tool, we know that people go to our website after networking events or meetings to vet us. How do I know? I look at a few things: I track my emails, I use piece of software on my site to track user engagements, and I send links to things when I write emails, also tracked.

After that it becomes easier to add context to our conversations in meetings thus making our close rate higher than it was before we had our site functioning this way. If your website isn’t generating income directly or indirectly then it is a good idea to reassess the site and create that conversion path.

Cheers!

yes, I use my computer, to do e-letters & adds, presentations, to show technical drawings, to be able to open all the architectural drawings and to be able to quote based on the drawings. Slides presentations and videos as well is a great tool I still have to learn more.

On my website, I spend a lot of time writing articles and I have gotten contracts because of that. So, I am using content marketing to generate business. People also find me because of my website. The blog on my website is called The Invisible Mentor and people find that name quite memorable.

I also have a shop on my website and I have been selling e-books. I am an Amazon affiliate, so when I write a blog post, I often have a related product that is sold on Amazon. I write a lot of book summaries and reviews and talk about getting the skills needed for future jobs. Because I have a blog on my website I have fresh content and readers love that.

I am working on using Pinterest to drive traffic to my website to generate business, but I am not quite there yet. It will probably take another couple of months to see tangible results from my efforts.

Your website is your digital sore front that is the foundation for all your digital traffic. There are a number of different ways to use it to generate new business. The general way is to drive traffic to your site (this can be done a lot of different ways) and get the traffic to convert.

You want to have a strong call to action, incentive, credibility, and some sort of urgency too get people to contact you. Once you generate the lead then it goes into your sale pipeline where you need to follow up and close the leads.

You want to use different touch points and tactics. Emails, text, calls, etc to try and get in contact with the lead. Once in contact you need to find out what the goal and objective is of the client and sell to that.

Once you send your proposal you need to follow up until you get an answer. This can take minutes to years depending on the potential client.

Traffic sources: Organic search, paid advertising, networking, referrals, direct mail, TV, radio, affiliate

Other than having an attractive website most importantly for exposure is your SEO otherwise your website has no purpose.

Websites are key to any business when looking for new business in a technology-driven world, they are a lot of work as they have to change with the markets interest, or needs and can do as much damage as good. It not want you, do but how you do it and the understanding that in business too much of good thing can be a bad thing ( the demand outstrips your ability to supply what people need and they soon leave and remember the frustration not what you offer and too much of a bad thing and you may not be in business very long.  Webs are simple, find something that makes people what to explore what you offer and most important tell them why they are going to get their monies worth and what type of guarantee you know you can supply that you can deliver with the confidence of delivering. Remember one pissed off customer can end up to do a lot of damage in a technology-driven world.  Then make the site simple to use, get answers to questions and a means to address any issues that may show up due to technology not working or human involvement being not perfect and how good you are creating a team effort under pressure to deliver when things go wrong nit when they go right.

Your Web is just a means for people to see three things, is it what they need based on their reality or need, can they afford it, can you be trusted to deliver good quality for their hard earned money.

As most of you know, the search engines rank all websites using an algorithm. If you have a plan for SEO, you will get more organic traffic to your website and your page rank will be higher. There is also Pay per click advertising available that will allow you to drive traffic using keywords that are relevant to your product or service. These avenues are always evolving and there is a lot of new info out there about them. I would be happy to talk with you about using these platforms if you contact me here on Alignable.
