How important is customer service to you?

At HK Parts we work very hard to make sure out customers are happy, and in turn see more reoccurring customers. Online sales is tough to begin with and we have noticed a trend of poor customer service this year. How important is customer service to you?

Customer service, satisfaction and communication is the most important factor of our business. Price and quality are also very important, but mean a lot less to customers if you don't show your customers that you appreciate them and their business.

I think customer service is one of the most important parts of the business though it is tough when you don't really interact with the customer one on one. I believe you really need to follow up with them to ensure they are satified with the service they get.

It is everything! If you don't have happy customers, you won't have customers. If you have no customers, you are out of business. Customer service is number one. We bend over backwards whenever possible to service our customers. We have had some of our customers since my dad started the business in 1994. There are too many choices today to neglect it.

Great customer service means future sales and word of mouth advertising! Referrals are a key to consistent growth.

excellent customer service is what drives customers back for recurring business as well as their initiative to refer your products to someone else. The key is to have open and honest communication with your customers regarding product quality, design, and use are crucial. Acting upon your customers feedback and supplying them with a product improvement plan keeps them coming back for more. Show them that their opinions matter and listen to the criticism to develop and improve your products to give the end user, the customer what they need to be successful with its application.

I believe customer service to be equally as important as the quality of the product that you are providing. Without both it's a recipe for failure.

It is everything to us, whether we are the customer or the vendor. We try as hard as possible to make sure our service is everything the customer expects. We also expect to be treated this way by our vendors. A bad or unresponsive vendor gets dropped like a hot rock. There are plenty more out there that will do the job. Getting what we need when we need it is often more important than price. Our customers expect quick turnarounds when possible.

Equally important as the quality of the parts we make.
