Hi Fellow associate, the importance of customer service to any all service oriented businesses plays a very important roll,its repeated loyal patrons that proves to be a valuable Asset to your business, like Loyal and committed employees sales rises and falls depends or is predicated on customer service. In middle management, it was resounded that a happy customer reaches ten more potential customers....All the best as we aim to please..

#1 priority is customer service and they are always right regardless.  I personally offer guaranteed real estate satisfaction and right to fire me if not satisfied.  I truly think everyone should offer this.   I’ve been realtor associate broker for 38 yrs and Love my career and buyers and sellers.  Dedication and going beyond is what counts

Customer service is a completely important means of service for any business.Seeing to the needs of your clients as well as your potential clients is imperative to your success.

Customer service is what Avon was built on. One-on-one conversations.....one-on-one service. The key to a direct selling business is doing everything you can to make and keep your customers happy!

In my opinion customer service is if not the most, one of the most important factors when it comes to business. No customers, no revenue and well, we all know what that means, no business!! As a business it is in your best interest to do what is needed to get and keep profitable customers and that requires going above and beyond when it comes to meeting the needs and expectations of the customers. It may sound cliché but it’s as simple as following the golden rule. Do unto others as you would like others to do unto you. I too am a customer, so I keep that in mind when interacting with people and it helps to have an upbeat and happy demeanor. In the words of Maya Angelou “I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”

Customer service should be a corner stone for  a company. whether its a large operation or a mom/pop. Alway remember that without customers where would you be? I always try ck back with my customers after a few days to see if they are satisfied with my work and all is functioning. by doing so you establish a relation with the customer that you care about their them and their product. I always want my customers to feel that they are important and valued. A phone call doesn't sound much but it speaks volumes. after dong this for over 50 years ive learned a lot about doing the right thing and going the extra mile. if you think about it, isn't this the way that it should be done.  this is just my opinion but I hope it may be of help to someone.

It's beyond essential! It boggles my mind when it's not a priority for businesses.  Before starting my job with Paychex I worked about 10 years in Hospitality so learned a lot about the need for customer service. 


I think it starts with hiring the right people, the company culture and the organization/management understanding that there is a bigger picture than the short sighted thoughts of the bottom line & money. Truth is, you take care of your customers/clients and they'll take care of you. The best companies that succeed take care of their customers in more ways than one.

It is extremely important ! I’m only interested in providing excellence whether it’s in my music career or when i teach families and healthcare  providers the health benefits of DōTERRA essential oils .
