If you had to choose between a carrier and a major move and a new job but a different level doing what you love to do. How . What would be one of the things to do first.. And keep everything in balance

If I was happy being where I am and had my own business that was keeping me and family and good friends, money does not bring happiness. Although after years and years of the same old same old a change might be perfect if it were more money that you could imagine.
Since I am 14 months from retirement and I own my business and have a buy-sell agreement, this is not a scenario that applies to me.
