I'm a realtor and am in need of a great marketing person to help create contact and manage my social media accounts (business accounts). Does anyone have a good recommendation?

Hi Jess, at the core of your social media presence will be your personal videos. We are looking for real estate agents to test our brand new video making app: it will act as a video director on your smartphone. And once you've shot the shots following a real-estate template, all you'll have to do is press "edit" and the app will do the editing for you, titles and music included, all in your smartphone! Let me know if that's something that interests you.
Jess, I would love to have a conversation about your social media needs. I offer full management, training or something in between. My services include reputation management, blogging, and branded curated content.
Let's set up a time to talk and see if we can come up with a customized solution for your inique needs.
Before promoting your personal brand anywhere, I'd recommend identifying 4-5 core competencies you bring to the table. Once you're able to determine what you excel at, throw in about 10 adjectives that describe yourself and base your efforts around the unique value you bring to the real estate arena.
Your industry is very competitive and consumers understand how misleading it's marketing can be. So, providing trustworthy content that personalizes the experience for them will give you an advantage while using minimal capital.
Hope this helps and best in success nonetheless,
Jordan

Jess, I am glad you see the importance of social media as a tool for realtors. It is a great resource for generating interest in your properties as well as top of mind recognition. I help my clients determine who their market is, where they can be found and how to engage them.
The first step in the right direction is to have a conversation and discovery of working together would be beneficial for us both.
Social media can spotlight you and edge out your competition. How about a quick phone call at your convenience?
Hello Jess, yes i can i'm in that field, I work with some different business/owners, helping them manage the marketing and loyalty programs they use for their customers. We have a platform that will allow you to stay connected with your customers through a loyalty and marketing program. You'll have access to a loyalty program that can allow you to offer rewards to your customers for coming in, but more importantly you'll then be able to use that customer database to send marketing communication to them via email, mobile phone notifications, and social media. We also put all of your online reviews in 1 place so you know what customers are saying and can respond appropriately.
GOD, look how many people want to take your money. I'll make it easy and you can use your own judgement. YOU are the only one that know as much about your business as you do. You can spend 15 minutes per week and turn your social media accounts into sales tools.
The difference between us and others, we're not going to charge you a monthly feel to start one discussion and tell you all the linkage it creates. We have one price, one time and spend all of 15-minutes per week because you know it best [email address]
Hi Jess,
I think you may be putting the chicken before the egg here. Social media only works long-term if you actually have something to contribute to those platforms. Chest pounding about how great you are is just a turnoff and will actually push prospective customers away because they don't care how great you are, they care if you can find them the house of their dreams.
First off, you have to determine WHO your customers is and precisely what they WANT. This is called a Buyer's Persona. This may seem simple since you're a realtor, but when you take the time to delve into WHO and WHAT, you'll see there's quite a bit of depth.
Now that you know WHO your buyer is and what they WANT. It's time to examine HOW they buy. This is called the Buyer's Journey. How are they finding you, or not finding you (maybe this is why you want to explore social media). When you investigate their journey from: I think I want to move to Palm Beach to I love this house and want to put in an offer, you'll notice that there are several questions they have along the way.
Your job: Answer those questions.
Whether you employ blog post, videos, infographics, social media posts, you must answer their questions and alleviate your potential customer's pain points along the way. Then promote that content via the appropriate social media channels.
However, before you even look at promotion on social media, you have to fix your website. Do you sell luxury homes? Or plumbing supplies? Your site has no personality, broken links, broken images, every nav bar click opens a new window, and so on...
It's an unmitigated disaster.
Don't even think about social media until you have a tight, well-oiled website that's focused on Selling Your Services and delivers valuable content that answers your prospective customer's most demanding questions. Otherwise, you're just flushing your promotional dollars down the drain.
I have been trying to learn how to create contact and manage social media, but I'm afraid I haven't done anything good yet. I cannot even figure out how to manage my social media account. I'm sorry. I don't know of anyone either. I wish I could help.

On the other hand, if it detects that nothing has changed on the site for some time, it will actually wait longer to come back and index it again. You want your site to be indexed as often as possible, so your website freshness is directly related to how often search engines pay attention to you. On more than one occasion, I've had clients complain to me that their site is not ranking highly on Google. I have to explain that if content is not added or updated regularly, the online rankings will suffer. For more information on how online marketing freshness affects your SEO, I found this great article.
