Hi Judith,
We could help you out with the cameras, lighting, audio, and even live-streaming element of the webinar. Our go-to platform is currently WebinarNinja.
We're primarily a video production comapany based out of Minneapolis, MN but also do consulting when our client's needs arise.
Would love to schedule a phone consultation and get an idea for your needs and how we can help.

Hi Judith,
Are you going to be hosting it live? If so, Zoom is a good platform. You can have live chat function, screensharing and whiteboard function. If recorded, you can record with powerpoint screenflow recording. Upload to Vimeo.
Hi Judith, you can find a lot of great FREE content on the web about how to run successful webinars. I follow Amy Porterfield. She has focused a lot on this recently. (I have no affiliation with her.) Check it out!

Sorry, I can't help with tech. I help speakers physically speak: tone of voice, pitch, resonance, clarity, pronunciation/diction, expressiveness... and microphone speaking tips.
Why not keep it simple for everyone concerned? Probably for free just use a free trial version of goto meeting. You won't be alone trying to figure it out; there is support. An IT communications vendor? Yikes. Use a search engine to take you to the site. It's the most popular out there. Once in a while the recording fuction fails on their end. Solution? Have an associate record his screen just in case.
Yes, there are a ton of platform options; why not take the easiest route to get started?
I'm sorry j don't have that knowledge but I may know someone who does. xxx-xxx-xxxx I'll ask him call me later today or tomorrow.
At this time, I don't have a need. Thank you.
Go to webex.com.. very easy to setup and ru
I suggest you contact Sheila LeCorre, our head of production. She is out the rest of this week, but you can reach her next week. [email address]
Sorry, I don't.
