Can anyone tell me how to sync a new website in place of the old website? I switched companies and need to update the website link on my profile.

When viewing your Alignable profile, scroll down to the contact information area on the right sidebar of the page. You will see a "Click To Edit" link under "View Website" - you can update the website link here. Make sure to save and your profile will update the link.
You mean like a forward? You can do a forward from a domain name to another domain webpage if that's what your looking for
