Tony, The best couple of ideas I have to share are:1) over deliver by being on time, or a little early with a complete order including every detail. You never know who is on the guest list, and you are planting seeds for word of mouth. 2) As Miracle shared, get involved with an art show, a fund raiser or other event where you can hand out samples where the only real cost are your hard costs. 3) Put together a target list of potential clients you want to have as well as your regular customers and have a tasting/menu premier/thank you event. Make sure your core team of professionals are there to allow you to sell your product instead of making it.
