I believe we are all in this together - referrals, referrals, referals. Honest and sincere customer service, free visits for measuring estimates, and I truly believe in my product I created and never over sell sizes, etc. I genuinely want to improve peoples lives with it. Marsha
I'm going to be showcasing my products as examples of how "Nature Farming" is a low-impact, non-harmful, and sustainable way to gain livelihood from our land.
I believe that people do care about Nature, and I hope that by demonstrating how I use the land to create my products it will pique customer interest and promote brand loyalty to Wild Ozark.
So that's this year's marketing plan - all of my blog posts will in some way touch on this theme of nature farming. I'll also create four cornerstone content articles (one for each season) directly addressing the topic in some way, and will cross-reference the products that pertain to the topic within the article.
FYI for those of you interested in what exactly it is that this farm produces... bark from the hickories we grow that goes into a syrup made by Burnt Kettle, American ginseng seedlings that requires a specific habitat naturally occurring here on our land, woodland plants, moss and ferns propagated to sell and for use in my Wild Ozark Fairy Gardens, and ground-fall botanicals (twigs, acorns, moss, leaves, etc.) and dried flowers for the Wild Ozark Forest Folk. I'm also an artist and author, so the very land itself is my muse and I depend upon it a great deal.
I have added free training with my website development. It is one thing to have a great site but purely another if you don't know how to use it. I make sure that my clients can manage their website without me having to incorporate things they may want to add such as photos, articles, phone number changes etc. I am also putting together a database of common website questions including information regarding recent hacks, best practices, and social media management.
Our products are considered herbal pharmaceutical medicine in countries such as Japan, Germany and Australia. We are not just herbs... we are botanical medicine used for thousands of years. Owned and operated by a Traditional Chinese herb/Acupuncturist, we don't cut corners on potency. No FILLERS are ever added to Pacific Herbs products. Check the products you're using, if magnesium stearate is listed under "Other Ingredients", you are buying inert, fillers.
I think one of the simpler ways to stand out from your competition is to incorporate your own personal values into your business. I am going to absolutely take it a step further by supporting a specific cause I care about. You, could do this by donating a portion of your proceeds to an organization, directly providing goods or services to a population in need, or getting your team to volunteer at that organization once a month. I am all in...working on it right now!
Supporting causes you care about can help to highlight the values of your company—not just the value of your business—and set you apart from competitors.
I will be adding concierge services to pet owner families so in addition to pet sitting, I will offer airport transportation for clients , errand service for busy professionals that will tie in nicely with sitting for their pets. A lot of my clients consider me a team member of their busy lives and know that they can reach out and ask me to do many things from errands, to.taking an elderly parent to.the doctor.
I am not only broadening my scope of potential listening population for my radio show, I plan to reissue my autism children's book series as well as launch my radio shows sister television show, NSV Live! I believe that all of my media sources will work in concert to better support not only the autistic community, but also other populations with developmental and intellectual disabilities. I am embracing opportunities instead of feeling as if I am inadequate. I am an expert in my field and I am owning it. My voice is valuable.
More Face to Face. I think it's important to meet people so they can see who you really are. Not just another letter, phone call or solicitation. Someone who loves what I do and helping others reach their goals when selling and buying a home with the experience I have. A+++++ Customer Service. More of -- "What can I do for you".
I approach every client's real estate transaction from the standpoint of "what is best for my client" and view with them as if it was my money/home and what would I do to help guide them. I align myself with like minded professionals who put my clients and their needs first, and adjust my referrals based on past performance to my clients. I take as much time as my client needs, and never rush a decision.
