When reaching out to potential new clients for the first time, does a face to face meeting leave a stronger impression then a sales pitch in email form?
Modern Day Communication's can certainly both teach and benefit each of us greatly, it can give us beleivable exposure quickly however nothing will ever replace the good old honest hand shake and smile.
One can truly read between the lines by looking someone straight in the eye and listning to their voice, to determine the depth of your's or their soul. I am a consummate Cold Caller and always meeting new family members!
I.value my time and don't like to wasted it listening to a sales pitch about somthing I have no need of ,where a short email about what's offered , and then if at all interested a face to face is the next step
Face to face meeting definitely leave a stronger impression. I always call potential clients to introduce myself and my company and then try to set up an in person meeting. Makes it easy to answer questions, overcome objections and make a positive impression. Sending an email sales pitch is easily ignored. I only send information by email if the potential client asks for more information before agreeing to a meeting.
What a great question. Let me ask you this. In you initial phone conversations with the client, how did things go? Did you feel confident? Was there a good rapport built? Did it seem awkward or it was as if you had known them already? The answers to these questions will help you to determine the best next step.
Yes in person meetings are a very good use of your time. However you must cultivate the right personality for successful meeting which is one of expressing real interest in them. If you make it all about you people will likely tune out. No one wants to hear a sales pitch but really personalizing you’re interaction is key to prospects liking you-the first step toward making a sale. Good luck!
Definitely face to face! You are able to pick up on subtleties that is not possible in an email! People are so bogged down with e-mails. Whenever possible face to face is best, or zoom, or FB live! Eye to eye contact is always my recommendation!

Face to face is always the way to go. Unfortunately sometimes that is not possible.

I would have an initial phone conversation to make sure both parties are on the same page.
If same page then for sure face to face so you can close it.

Always but I have met very few face to face. The ones I have met are friends now. Hope to see more of them.
