I know there are many who feel BBB is a waste of money. I also know people look up a businesses BBB ranking and if they have complaints. I think it's beneficial if you're a small business, perhaps not well known or in your first few years of operation. A vast majority of people still rely on the BBB.

Have I actually obtained a new client because of being BBB accredited? I have no idea, but I do know people look.
