I love it when a customer comes to me with their dreams for their homes and then asks for my opinion and different ways to make it better. One customer came to me with renovating an old fire house. Since she didnt like the colonial style but wanted a grid pattern we sat for over an hour testing different looks. She could really tell that I loved my job and would do just about anything to make sure my customers were happy. Since I was patient and made sure that we replaced and serviced for free, she has come to us time and again for other products. And recommendations she has made have turned into sales everytime. I drive by it everyday on my commute and it truly is a beautiful work of art. Its amazing how a new set of windows can just transform the look and feel of a property, and the confidence of the homeowner.
