I like a monogrammed door mat, cutco knife with my info, a grill set, maybe a little something for the pet if they have one, If they are new to town I may get some gift cards to local restaurants and collect brochures from various places to get them acquainted with the area. I have also given a couple move in day cleaning baskets with some necessities,
