Hello everyone, I have been in the credit card processing business since 1996. A lot has changed since then, but then again, a lot has not! Today I was told to by the chargeback department that merchants are still MAILED or FAXED their chargebacks, they haven't uncovered this thing called "E-Mail" yet, but they were woking on it....
Is anyone aware of a Gateway that can identify Debit cards so as to not pass a site fee through, but to pass one on true Credit cards?

We are looking to team up with card processors and PayFacs. We help merchants add EBT payments, both in-person and online. Our gateway sends two separate calls: one call to Fiserv for the EBT authorization and the other to a processor. We are processor-agnostic and want to create more of these relationships.
